Columbia River Outrigger Canoe Club is managed by an elected Board of Directors that hold their position for one year. The Board’s duties are to manage and run the club’s affairs and finances as outlined in the Bylaws. Elections for Board positions are held each year at the Annual Meeting by a majority vote if present, and a member who is in good standing with the club. Once the Board has been elected their first duty is to appoint the Head Coach.
